Our procurement and technical network consist of apparel and garments experts, quality control professionals, and merchandisers who monitor the entire procurement and production besides extending our efforts to meet any individual requirement of our each and every buyer specifically. We confidently assure the best quality apparel (Yarn, knitting, dying, fabrics and finishes and up to export) in the market both for fresh orders and stock lots/surplus/overstock items.
Fresh Order: We execute orders as per buyer’s requirements that are on fresh order. Where right from the fabric stage to final product it is the buyer’s choice and selected designs. Fabrics are knitting, dying and then swing & finishing. Fabric GSM (gram per square miter) same and maintain excellent quality. But you have to order us a minimum quantity per Colour & style other wise price will be a little high.
Fresh order with raw fabric dying: It is such kind of fabric that is already knitted but not dyed yet. We can make it any Colour. It is free from shading problem, but in this case we cannot assure you about GSM problem.
Fresh order with stock fabric: We execute orders as per stock fabric available. Based on the fabric available keeping in mind the designs and meter ages, garments are designed by the designers which in turn are forwarded back to us for garment production. For small quantity order (5,000 Pcs per Colour) we can avoid GSM problem & shading problem but for large quantity order we have to face 5 to 8 % shading problem & GSM problem.
Stock lot: With the strong network in the garment industry we source Garment stocks, surplus, cancelled shipments, over runs, and export to stock buyers. These garments are best in quality as all sourcing done from factories that are quality conscious. We source knitted / woven Garments, in all styles and fabrics, in case if you have any specific requirement in stock garments, please do mail us; we shall look around and mail the offer to you.
